In most instances, fees for our immigration services are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of your application. Yes we can arrange short term tourist visas for family members living abroad, we can also organise settlement visas for family members who would like to permanently remain in the UK with you as a settlement sponsor.
In order for your spouse to move the UK permanently they will need to ‘naturalise‘ as a UK citizen, and you will need to apply for a marriage visa. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and be married or in a civil partnership with a UK national. The applicant must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years and will be required to learn English and pass the life in the UK test
